Everybody comes from somewhere, and someone once said that we are the sum total of our experiences. If this is true, then our byline would be: Adventure!
For Becky, graduating from Loma Linda University with a Bachelor in Science degree, Southern California has always been the place of her dreams, and Smiley Heights sits on the top of that list. Tearing out walls, floors and ceilings were just the beginning of her restoration project for her home in Redlands. But a house is not a home until you can watch the moon come over the horizon from the roof. Becky LOVES finding the perfect home for her clients.
Dana and Antoinette Pereau provide Becky with a solid base of support, knowledge and expertise in the investment marketplace. As a member of the California Bar, and an expert on investing in the Inland Empire, Dana singlehandedly created the "Proton Property" investor's marketplace. Their referral network is active throughout the year.
Real estate is the stuff of adventures. We've never known anyone who invested in real estate who wasn't an adventurer of sorts. It doesn't matter whether it's a first home, or a subdivision of land, investing in real estate makes for adventure.
